I like Oreo's . . . . The new all Chocolate flavor . . . And the Tripple-Double Choc/White. I'm a Microwave Guy too. I have this huge ugly scar on my mouth from "S'Mores" because of a burned blister and a failed surgery from a pretty Japanese Woman who was actually a Specialist in the Field of Mouth Surgery, but failed on my mouth; and had to re-do it but still it didn't really do that well, after all. I didn't mind that she screwed-up because she was too pretty for me to complain. I have also found a Pressure Cooker that works well in the Microwave and I use it to make Pasta. I can turn-out some pretty delicious recipes too. I eat bananas but I don't eat too many other fruits and vegetables . . . Not really. I drink a lot of Ice Tea, year around.
I don't eat much anymore. When I do I enjoy myself. I'm not stupid about it. Tofu is a no no. Then again so is alot of red meat. But it's not healthy anyway.
its not what some would call healthy but I call it eating clean.Nothing premade or from a can or box.Now I do eat meat but I know the farms it came from and my butcher cuts it fressh for me.Vegs come from the farmers market and I make my own pasta and breads .So no additive or presurvatives ,basicely I eat the way my great grand parents did and they were very healthy .People didnt start getting sick from what they ate till man started putting so much crap in the food
Still hanging in there with no major illnesses or heart attacks yet. Age is creeping up but I still feel good. Don't eat cheap or low qualty food. Balanced diet has always been my habits. Drink lots of water and take my medications.
My version of a salad is lettice on my sandwich.
