My diet is very healthy but that doesn't mean that I deprive myself of things that are NOT good for me from time to time. Life is about compromise, having fun, and sometimes doing things that you know aren't good for you. Life should be fun not boring.
Given my background in nutrition, I can certainly say that I don't. I always eat healthy, but I still have a severe weakness for potato chips and ice cream. Other than that, I'm good.
I have a salad everyday for lunch, a granola bar for a snack, or two. And dinner contains a fruit or a vegetable and meat. Sometimes I forget to eat though. :/
Hey! N Zane! I'm a fruit and vegetable lover. I have chicken and whole grain pasta a few times a month. My bad habit is eating chocolate before bed. I just had my BMI (body mass index) done at the doctor's, it is a scary 21. I think this means I am 21% fat. Is that possible?
I eat mostly healthy food. Probably a bit too much fried food and way too many chips. The bigger problem is not the healthiness of the food, but the healthiness of the portions. I tend to make goods food and so does my wife, so I tend to eat more than I should.
And Im like: "S***t, I can try again next Monday".
