Allot of friends i know have a habit of eating after 6 pm. I try not to but when they make you it can be a problem.

I have to I have diabetes and eating at specific times is important to helping keep my blood glucose level at a reasonable level.

Where I come from, we would not normally eat dinner until well after 6pm. To book a table before 7:30pm would be considered early.

In Spain most people going out to eat will not sit down until 11pm, children included.

No one can "Make" you eat. What's wrong about eating after ? What about people who work the night shift? Did you know that it has been proven that it's not when you eat but how much and (the calories) minus calories burned.

Every single night. Our dinner time has always been 7PM, and in the summer we eat as late as 8 or 9PM

Also I usually snack right before bed too. If I am hungry I eat. I don't look at the time

I had a girlfriend that made me not eat anything after 7:00 PM... I almost starved with that lady!! I'd tell her I had to go eat at 5:30, but we'd still sit on the phone for another two hours, and then I'd either not eat because of her, or just not eat because it was cold...

I eat whenever the f*ck I want now!
