I was a big drinker, I drank so much that I came to the point of drinking rubbing alcohol diluted with water and was waking up with my hands shaking desperate standing out side the liquor store in the hood waiting to open to get my early morning fix...LOL)) But thank God its been now like 7 years clean with no intensions to go back to that old ugly me and yes I do thank God for my sobriety because if it was up to me?...ahahaha maann! I'd be dead right now like few of my friends that died do to the "Liver" gone bad on them, some died on the streets throwing up blood and chunks of liver eeewwww)))! So when I think about that it makes me not ever want to touch any alcoholic beverage at least not for me anyway NO THANK YOU!! but if you do? than more power drinking to ya...ahahahaha

i drink rarely... maybe one at a restaurant before dinner. I am a runner and I do not want to feel like crap the next day. Running is the best "high" yet.

All joking aside I am not a person who thinks it is bad or that people should not do it . However just on a personally level it is not my cup of tea.

college kids who drink to excess are stupid... here they spend all that money on tuition... then piss it all away. Ignorant! Or their sucker parents spend all that money.. for controlled learning.... that doesn't guarantee you a job with decent pay after you graduate. There should be a guarantee job placement program in action when students (parents) have to pay so much for an education that is controlled and censured by "the establishment". It's all a damn big scam anyway... "they" say you have to have all of this education so the "banks and loan" companies can make big bucks. You never learn the truth, the real truth in college anyway... you think the "backbone behind the government, secret society" is going to allow you to find out just how much you are being controlled... from propaganda shopping, to keeping the population on a tight lease of near poverty... all for control of the masses. Rather find out who attended the first Builderberg conference...

It's rough since a *lot* of young people can't find jobs and thus, are living with their parents. I am worried about the same future, but what else can I do besides take the risk of college and try my best in it? Not drinking alcohol may make me the weirdo on campus, but at least I will be able to focus more on my studies and enjoy being a young adult through alcohol-free school clubs & activities and hopefully putting the thought of finding a decent job in the back of my mind. I hope in 4 or 5 years, when I graduate, that the economy will be better.

I drink a lot but I'm very healthy and fit, at least that's how I justify it to myself.

I'm Israeli and most Israelis drink and I moved to Britain and that is a country like Sweden and German known to drink * cough * cough*

I enjoy social drinking with friends usually beer. I never drink alone other than a glass or two of wine with a meal maybe a couple of times a week. More rare is having a cocktail but on occasion I enjoy a dirty martini or a mojito.

Not as often as i would like, thats for sure!

Very rarely, maybe two or three times a year, I will have a cold beer but because of health cannot most of the time.

Excuse you? YOU are absolutely NO judge of who I am, my character, OR my worth.
You don't know me, and now you never will. I have a drink after I get home from a long stressful day at school, work, or volunteering. What I do can be highly stressful and very depressing. Personally I believe that people who jump to absolutely moronic conclusions about people over the internet are the true wastes of space and time. Is everyone else a waste of time too? Are your mommy and daddy a waste of time because I'm sure they've indulged in a drink or two, and so have most other adults. Perhaps you'll understand when you get there.

My daughter is finally almost 100% weaned, so I'm getting a little party time in again. Loooong overdue.

Sometimes and right now the way my life is going I might start drinking a lot!
