Lucky you.. My husband say's he is a Pagan for one reason only. Pagan's get to choose from many beliefs. There are even Pagan Christians. Pagans get their inspiration and spirituality from nature and why not. Don't we all in some way. The Pagans' in my church are strictly working constantly to make sure we stay on the straight and narrow by recycling and honoring the planet. If we just had more Pagans we could reverse global warming. Pagan's love nature and do their best to preserve it and save it form the rest of the people who are desecrating the earth every day.

I have first hand knowledge of the wonderful Catholic church. A best friend who was a nun and when she tied to leave the order was hounded bullied and made to feel so bad she tried to commit suicide and is now living on a kidney transplant because of it. Shame on you.

Well the concept of the Holy Trinity was not a part of early Christian teaching. It was at the Council of Nicaea in 325 that it first became prevalent. It then was codified at the Council of Constantinople in 381. However it was also at that council that the concept of eternal damnation replaced that of universal salivation. So neither one is probably valid and no one is going to be eternally tortured in hell.

When a bunch of men write a bunch of letters at different times and in different countries and a bunch of men get together and put these letters in a book how can it possible make any sense excerpt to the brain washed. I it totally amazing that a group of writings are made into a religion and this religion controls billions of peoples thinking for thousands of years. Well I don't know if I would call acceptance of all this a miracle. I think it's just a manifestation of mans fear of death and how he needs something to cling to, that tells him there is something after it. It's a shame that these are the beliefs that have gained such ground. The sooner the Abrahamic religions, are consigned to the same status, as the greek myths the better off we will be.

I would be happy to say that about the Christian religion also. It seems to me that the whole idea of the Christian religion is Christ yet so few Christians actually understand the Christ was love in human form. God's gift to us that we have done nothing but defile.

Who determines that No god but GOD. Is your God better than mine. Is Nature not the Physical manifestation of God? Is God not designed by MAN. Was God not designed to make People feel good about being bad? I don't know for a fact the God of any faith is real. I was not there when they were developed. All I have is other peoples writings to judge from. To me there is more proof of Natural Law/Mother Nature than anything else. That is not to say that we should not hat faith in a higher being, or that we don't have the right to not have any faith. I don't believe in Hell, I think that each individual makes their own Hell her on Earth, and that often times that crosses over to other human beings.

I strongly disagree. The trinity is three persons in ONE God, not three "gods" as they will try to tell you. By other religions not believing it, it sometimes suggests that these religions don't believe it's possible for God to do this. He's powerful, he can do anything he wants in anyway he wants. It's very possible for God to come down as a human being for a time. And, that's just what he did, to share his ministry, and die for the sins of many. Many religions think that the trinity is worshiping three "gods", and that's not true. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are all God.

OH I don't think anyone would think that the trinity meant three different Gods. Of course, again that would be how a person would look at it. When i was a Christian it meant that God was omnipotent he sent his son Jesus here to teach and show us about his love. I always assumed that Jesus was love in human form (at least for me) God showing us through Jesus how much he loved us. Then the Holy Spirit is what permeates all of us and everything. Many religions may call it something else and even non religions.
