I used to all the time, but then I got sick of it. Instead I just make sure I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, plenty of protein and limited carbohydrates, and I work out every day for at least an hour. I allow myself cravings, but limited amounts so I don't actually want them too often. I also don't eat many processed foods, I eat organic. Just tastes better.
Sort of... My doctor put me on one where I can't eat dairy, sugar, egg, wheat, garlic, food additives, peanuts, or crab. Because I'm apparently intolerant of all those things.
I once tried a Slim Fast diet and it actually worked a little.. i lost like 15 pounds
but then again i was also exercising more than i usually did so
idk
Not so much anymore. I stopped drinking pop 2 years ago, and really cut back on sugar. I made lifestyle changes. Now, my drink of choice is water. I don't even drink coffee like I used to...
I have to be more healthy. I do know people with medical conditions have had to make adjustments with less fat or less salt or sugar too. It's not always about looks.
will let you know
Congrats!
But all those foods make me really sick.
