Both. I cut my bangs and keep my hair in shape but once as it grows and I want to cut it I go some ware.

lol, I learned to cut hair from my horse and my moms dog. Then one day my roomie let me cut his hair and from that day on I cut his hair. Animals make the best practice. That way you can mess up without having a knowing person deal with it.
