i started counting calories when i got really heavy and lost 110 LBS in 1 year and continue to keep counting calories and have kept my weight off for 3 years now
To a certain extent, I do. I also check Fat and Sodium content. Sometimes buying the 'low calorie' item increases the sodium content and that is even worse!
I do care about nutrition though ..
eat a balanced diet ..
do cook meals myself for the vast majority of my meals ..
