Most days I count calories and eat healthy to stay slim but I do allow myself a few days a month to eat anything I want. I check my weight every morning, it's a habit ;-)

That just feeds eating disorders. There are better ways to be healthy about your eating.

Never have, Carbs is what you need to watch! Carbs turn to sugar...anything lower in calories/fat has higher carbs, better off getting regular.

I find counting calories makes it harder to diet if I want to since I feel more restricted and the temptation to eat goes up.

Not really, but I mean, it's not like my intake of calories is a crazy amount tho
I usually look at sugar and sodium and what not more often than I look at calories

I do know of 'the perfect human diet' though. It's outlined in the book 'Fit For Life'. If you want good health and long life, get this book.

thank you. I wore a bodybugg that told me how many calories i burned and even told me how many calories a minute i was burning so it gave me an idea of what i burn throughout the day and it was surprising how fast i started dropping pant sizes cause in 1 year i went from a size 52 to a size 30 and it took SO many people to finally notice me cause they always asked where i was and did not even notice me. So now i wont TOUCH anything that is bad for me or come close to it cause on my birthday one year after losing the weight i had some cheeseburger or something like that and after i ate that i felt so sick and from then i never touch that stuff that has alot of fat content in it again. Its just amazing how much more energy you get after losing the weight to cause i can run for hours now and never used to make it 3 minutes
