Sure! they get turkey twice a year the only time they get people food, chewy treats, toys a bed or something we know they like. My sister and I... Mom give eachother gifts for grand dogs, neice and nephew dogs and sister cat... my mom's cat Taffy.

My dog looks for a gift everyday I come home. If she sees a plastic bag in my hand, she immediately tries to look inside. If you lay a gift wrapped box in front of her, and say, "here girl!", it'll be unwrapped and open in no time.

I always buy next doors dog treats because my cats rule the roost but yes and I will wrap it because I am soppy like that especially when it comes to JB , my cats are gorgeous but do not play with toys and most treats I buy them they will not eat .

Give the dog a good bone, and take him for a healthy run in the woods.

ANY time of the year. Doesn't have to wait for the holidays.

Anyone who buys a "gift" for his pet is not really buying it for his pet. He's buying it for himself.

Exactly! Like this time of the year we use to get her a nice gift, that would cost more than i would usually spend, such as new scratching posts and Expensive milk (which she LOVES) hahaha

We buy our pets gifts because they are part of the family that you see every day , not like the great aunt who comes after Xmas and you have to recycle one of your unwanted presents for .

im not against buying them toys, we get our dog toys all the time, i just don't see the point in paying more money on christmas when you get them toys all year round anyways
