    I can't really explain it but it feels so good to to just glide my tooth across my fingernails peeling them off one by one...

    but I bitten them.
    The only way to stop doing that is holding your fingernails short enough (in normal length, cut themm). I heard also of parents who put mustard on their children fingers.
    I think that was very disgusting...
    Or, nail varnish would also be a good method.
