To be honest, I have never tried dating sites. I met my fiancee in real life. But Internet can be as real as buying from e-bay and making business contracts.

I would say, the only reason internet dating sites is not working is because 'most' people don;t take it seriously. My expectation is: next generation will depend mainly on the internet dating sites.

It happened to me once, a few years back - unfortunately it didn't work out, as the person I fell genuinely in love with through many, many conversations starting on the dating site, moved to personal email, then to telephone calls... never materialized in several attempts to meet. I came to understand she never really existed in the first place - at least as the person I thought I loved.
All that to say be VERY careful with your heart, I know I am - now!

There can happen so many things how you find love in this world. I found great friends on the Internet, and of of this found her boyfriend there.
It's up to the people, where and how they find their love. I wouldn't leave that out of mind.
