Yes! When a child is born they are a part of God. As children, the parents or whoever is raising them, mold them into who they become. After that, they have to make their own choices. Hopefully by the guidence of whoever raised [ love and wisdom ] them will reflect by those choices. If they head in a wrong direction and succum to it, they may well make the wrong choices. Or if they head in the right direction by their choices, good will come out of it. Good is there within all of Gods children, but they have to make the choice to which way they will go.

Because if the person is continuously bad in my belief, and never stops, then everyone starts believing there's NO good in them, and sometimes its true, all the goodness got all sucked away by troublesome past lives or something.

It is very difficult to find in some people, especially those who are just self orientated.
Some just think they`re good because they don`t do awful things to others yet they don`t do anything to help anyone.

I think everyone has a choice. Depending on the choices one makes, you decide what kind of person you are. Good or bad comes from your choices. I think of good vs evil as a math equation.

2 - 1 = 1 so you're left with 1 good

-2 plus 1 = -1 so you're left with 1 evil

Absolutely. Every being is an extension of God, that means that every being's true self is that energy - pure love, everything good. No matter how deeply some of us have buried it and how much we may have gone against it, that is our true nature. There are no exceptions. Don't think that means that everyone is NICE, or TRUSTWORTHY, some people are truly wicked, but somewhere in them there is that connection to God.

Having worked in Law Enforcement and doing Fraud Investigations I can attest to the fact that there are folks with no redeeming factors at all. There are people with no guilt and no morals who just as soon waste someone as look at them. There is some nasty low life in the world, whether some believe it or not is up to them.
