No, because abortion was only ILLEGAL in this country for 70 years. Before it was made illegal in all the states between 1880 and 1920, it had been legal. It was legal world over, too. This country started going down the tubes when we started trying to legislate morality with myriad laws about personal behavior.

No, I don't believe that at all.

That's like saying Fukishima happened because of Pearl Harbor. Perhaps it is because of the wars we started that led to the death of hundreds of thousands of people... yes... children too.

It would make more sense to believe this country is cursed because of all the greed and exploitation spread through out the world.

According to some "religions" God doesn't curse people... he just judges them after they die ;-)
