I don't know. The evidence is that we came along after them, even though some have survived today. I do like to think that we existed with dragons. I love dragons.

Most of them especially the giants were extinct but some like turtles, gators, crocodiles and birds are still with us.

Yes, but humans feared the dinosaurs and so hunted them to extinction to protect themselves. As was the case with many other animals and mythical creatures. At least thats what I think.

Its possible, they are finding prehistoric species still living, but I doubt they were around in abundance.

Well in a way we still do, alligators, that one fish they recently just re-found, but as for T-Rex and all those. Nope.

people say dinos still exist in birds,

      but they don't, a bird is a bird & a dinosaure is a dinosaure,

just like a person is a person & a monkey is a monkey

diffrent branches of the same stump

Most likely, no. But this is what I think is slightly possible. After the dinosaurs were "wiped out", some survived. Due to the ice age, everything was forced to evolve or die, and many mammals were forced underground so they wouldn't freeze... I believe it is POSSIBLE that some such creatures are STILL at the bottom of the ocean, or deep within mountainous caves, and they stay away from human civilization because we would obviously hunt them down, like the knights in medieval days who would "slay" the "dragons". This may be an obscure idea, but there are still many places in our wonderful world untouched by human feet.

I believe it is very possible that they did. If the theological theory of a "pre-Adamic" race is true, then yes, they most likely did.
