Do you believe in marriage?

Yes, firmly and I want to remarry. But , I know the odds are against me.

Many people, myself included, do it for the wrong reasons. Marriage is simply a contract approved by the government recognizing 2 people as being legally responsible for the others actions. What does it give you? nothing. it's what you make of the commitment to the person you want to be with that matters.

Tried it three times and struck out it just by bag thanks, to many people trying to change me into whom i not going to be.

It's almost scary now especially for the guy. I've heard so many horror stories. It's almost like a financial agreement now because it's hard to life on a single salary for a lot of pol these days. I don't believe in spending that kind of money on one day, when it could be a down payment on a house! It's a money grab

i think it's possible for good marriages to happen, but i personally think it would be a waste of time

Both my husband and I see marriage is a good thing. While in the Army there were nervous men. My husband spoke word of encouragement.

Marriage should not be a legal institution. I do not believe in its validity as a contract. Commitment to a person is possible though. That said I'm married. Mostly to avoid getting treated like Just the boyfriend by the rest of society.

Marriage as an emotional commitment is a very new thing in human history. Marriage has most often been used as a means to secure a long-term familial or political alliance by putting a member of each party into a living arrangement and having offspring who would carry the genetics of both. It's a contract and it has no bearing on how emotionally attached or dedicated the people in the relationship are to each other. It can even have the unfortunate side effect of keeping people in a bad relationship to avoid the awful experience that a divorce can be now that property, finances and taxes are tied into it, let alone the complications that can arise when children are involved.

I don't know so I choose no.
But I do believe some marriage can be maintained to forever.
But before this, you must have a lot of trust to the one you are going to marry and I always can't believe in people, especially strange men.
Ha, this question made me recall that yesterday my friend and I went to a party and she told me that the only one man that you can believe is your dad lol
and then i said and brother too.

Believe a person completely is not that easy...so yea, marriage is not that easy too.
