No,and if there is such a thing,it's probably a million to one l do believe there is an attraction between people when they first meet, but l have,learned to trust in God,that he will send the best for, not only in this life but the next..
l was not a trusting person,saw too many betrayals,and games people play......

I still remember the exact moment that I first saw my wife. I fell in love at first sight. We have been married over forty-two years, and I love her as much now (or more) as when we exchanged vows.

Oh of course and being a man and so visual, her remarkable beauty makes that love, felt strongest in the groin.

Its not to say we dont have qualites of perception that are more emotional as well.

Lets be honest our visual comes first.

That early perception is a reflection of what we think we want in someone to make us more complete. So any so called love would be purely for selfish reasons and not to any knowledge of the other person whatsoever. That almost makes it impossible for love at first site to happen.

What could you possibly learn about someone by LOOKING at them. It's not love, it's lust. You "fell" in love with their appearance.

Congradulations you almost brought tears to my eyes. But somewhere in that first two weeks you might have had some doubts. I mean four days. Marriage does change the dynamics of it all and not all of it is positive.

I dated a lot of men before I met him. I just knew. I remember after talking for awhile that first day we both kept saying "This is weird." We both felt it and just knew. Sure I had doubts! Four days?! I never felt this before! Oh, and it was a blind date! Bumps along the road are a part of a strong relationship. It's how you get through it that counts. :)

Although compassionate love doesn't require any "sight" at all, affectionate love at first sight definitely occurs. It usually starts with a crush regardless of sexual attraction.
