the other kid could have drowned but I wouldn't go as far as spanking because it surely wasn't done with malice. That is a time out worthy offense. But I do see a future career in the WWE

He looks like he's about 3-4 years old, I doubt he conspired this big plot to jump on the kid. Obviously the parents knew this was going to happen, as it was clear he was going to jump on the kid. He was playing, and didn't know better. That's when the parents should have pulled him aside and said NO,

Yes, a 3 year old knows what assualt is. Like I said, it wa clear he was going to jump on the kid. Parents still recored while it happened, no one rushed when he went under. It wasn't a conspiracy, he's a baby. Obviously he needs taught it was wrong.

He's just playing, kids are kids...The other one had a life jacket on...we used to do stuff like that all the time...it made us tougher...nowadays they are likely to haul the little kid to juvie or something...

I looked at it...It is kids playing in a pool...little kids...the other kid had a life jacket on...he popped right back up...we used to do the same stuff when we were little...people need to lighten up and let kids be kids...

Letting kids be kids is letting them get away with assaulting other kids and bulling others when they are older as well. That is whty the kids these days have the attitude they do and have no respect of manners either.

He's so little and it looks as if he was just perched there getting the courage up to jump in. Don't he meant to harm anyone. Just seriously bad timing.

Parents should have been standing there WITH him INSTEAD of BEHIND a camera. Because they caught it digitally, that says to me that they were waiting for the child to do something.
