I can't speak for all women of course but I, at least, don't even NOTICE women's breasts unless a massive amount of cleavage is showing. I'm much more likely to look at a woman's cute outfit.

Will not speak for other women, but I sure don't. I like my own. Most women I feel sorry for...having to carry around all that weight. As for fake breasts, All the men that I know/known; say they hate them, are hard and very un-natural looking. To each his own, but I have no desire to be looking at women.
