The "love" encompassed in caring that everyone has the necessary ingredients and is or learns to be happy does not require that we "like" them. I wish the best for Machiavellian materialists, but I don't need to like them
In all fairness I doubt I will ever like people who sexually abuse children, think dog fighting is a sport, manipulate others, never work,........................... the picture?
No one can make us like someone we don't and often the dislike is an instant instinctual reaction to another. Just because we dislike someone, however, doesn't mean we need to be rude. Even if I don't like someone, I will give them credit when they are right about something or do something good.

It's an acknowledgment that everyone is exactly as they are meant to be, because that is how it is. Pity maybe, but do not hate. Love the world, and you can learn to love everything in it. It is everything versus nothing; both 'good' and 'evil' are still substance and beautifully intricate in how it all interacts and weaves. People can be quite aggravating sometimes and it is certainly not that easy but...To fully enjoy yourself and your perspective, you must let it all in and like doing it, just roll through the punches, figuratively speaking. Everything may be conquered/passed through with love.
If work with someone I do not like, I stay proefessional. But I will not associate with them outside of work.
