Nah I wouldn't say that. Guiliani really made a huge change. Bloomberg has managed it well but he's become a nanny. Unfortunately the Liberals will be coming back into power shortly.

Nice place to visit, wouldn't want to live there. Too big and too many people and god forbid if another 3 day brown out occurs again or something worse that shuts down the city's electric grid.

We've had three major (and I mean major) blackouts in New York City. New Yorkers are resourceful - we managed to get ourselves home without a whole lot of fuss.
