I wouldn't know. I live in the present and look to the future. Then again, Bush bashing keeps people from realizing what a mistake they made voting for Obama, his economy, his foreign policy and his making excuses for Islamist butchers. no cuz a lot of people only have good memorys in the past and they need something to hold onto.but if like they are only livin in the past cuz of something bad happened to them then they need to let go cuz it will only bring them down more so u need to live.

No. It can become tiresome to have to be around someone who "lives in the past" too much, but we all have faults; and if we expect such a person to overlook some of ours, we must be tolerant of his.

I would be talking about myself & everyone else in this topic. Since I've been there, I understand what it is like to regret something at one point & focus all your attention on a mistake you have made. Than I would be naive to say that people like that make me sick. Everyone goes through something in their life, that makes them who they are today. I think if you have gone through something rough in your life. You do focus on that for a while. You question it for it a long time or short time. Its the facts of life. So, my answer is NO. If I said yes. Than I would be saying I make myself and every other person on this board sick to my stomach. lol. (hope this makes sense) lol

Was this question based off BUSH or people in general? I'm now confused.lol

if you went to a dr. to save your sanity, marriage, etc., they would help you in putting the past where it belongs... "in the past".
looking backwards only cause's accidents that kill any good things we might see.

I freely admit that I am not a Bush fan at all. But as far as I was concerned, the moment he became a civilian and therefore was not in charge of our country, I stopped caring about what he did in terms of official business. Even when he was the President, I still didn't care what he did in his off time and I still don't now. So that's my two cents.

I try to let the past stay in the past and look ahead... be positive! People that constantly whine about their past and can't move on do get on my nerves....I don't think we can grow as people if we don't move on.....This song always helps me put things in perspective and makes me happy to move on!
