i had an friend who's behavior was getting right up to my ear when she talked to me she was practically spitting in it, hitting me in the arm, leaving people for me to drive home after i said no and once locked me inside her apartment so i wouldnt leave. i told her goodbye and had to change my number because she wouldnt leave me alone. my best advice, if you don't want your inner peace wrecked, be careful who you let in your bubble. I believe in eccentricity, freedom do do whatever you want to your own body wether its tattoos, piercings, suspension or whatever as long as your not hurting someone else its not their business. I believe in freedom of speech. I also believe in respecting someones personal space. Once you enter that space and make yourself at home with quirks you know they hate your on their territory and that aint cool.
True that. There are people that are annoying just so they can absorb your energy. Psychic Vampires. When ever I seem to be tired after being around someone, I avoid them.
I love the glossed-over look people get in the eyes when they finally discover that 'their' assumptions and behaviors don't dictate who 'you' are or rule 'your' life. lol Why ignore when laughing is so much more fun?
I agree with that statement. Do not let those with little brains and only strong emotions that they project on to others bother you, because to recognize them gives them deference.
Assume responsibility for your own anger and hapiness. Quit blaming others and you'll abandon the rationalizations that keep you angry. Meditation helps the process.
See here's the main problem that prevents inner peace to continue once one has found it. (Judging things, people, and one's own thoughts.) Once this ego involved pursuit to judge things end, then one can be more content with all things. And also Meditation is a breathing technique were you focus on your breathing and your bodily sensations while sitting very straight up in a chair or on the floor with pillow. Let thoughts come and go, and focus on breathing........ this is how you train your mind to stop paying attention to useless drivel. And once you find the center and your breath, you will be much more calm and happy each and every day. No joke, Ive done it and I recomend that others give meditation a few honest attempts.
It's most important to know their behavior isn't your responsibility. Not your problem. Some may even say you deserve this, that's why I'm mean to you. Being mean is never the answer to any difficulty and you don't deserve it. That is the talk of an abuser. Walk away. Whether it be on line or in your personal life. Don't take it.
