Eighty percent of my SH friends are of differing viewpoints. I 'friend' on the basis of two or more 'raves (points of agreement). I do not require anyone to be in lockstep with me to be my friend--here or in real life.

Honestly I don't know 'cause I'm not sure how I'd classify them as friends. Generally very few people share my views...which are constantly evolving as I learn more and more.

My problem too. People who agre on one topic may strongly disagree on another.
I try to chose on the basis of intelligence and logic. Agreement is secondary.

I would say it runs the gamut on my friends list. I'm not here on this public site to look only for those that agree with me or think similarly. I appreciate all backgrounds and views. The only deal breaker for me are completely disrespectful members who don't let up. I can get heated with someone, we both move on and all is good. But one's that are out to play like school yard children trying to literally take me down, will be blocked and ignored. That's what that is for anyway. :)
