I imagine some do. I don't, personally. Sex with the one you love is a whole lot better than sex with someone you're just having sex with. (actually, I don't think I've ever actually had sex with someone I wasn't in love with) But sex isn't all there is to love...

I learned the difference a long time ago. The sex part of a good solid relationship slows down but the love gets deeper. Sex can be an act of love , but love is not always wrapped in sex.

It's sad, but true. I'm prescribing myself a year of celibacy... just to see what happens. I need to focus on myself. In the past I gave all of me to my significant other and got nothing in return.

yes, they do and that is not what love is all about....
However, if you have been in a relationship with someone along time.... sex isn't negative. It's the closest one can become with another person, mentally and physically, if you are truly in love with someone for reasons other than just sex. relationship sex negative closest person mentally physically love reasons sex

Personally, I know the difference. Some people out there probably confuse the two.

Hmm mine seems to be okay... It's because of that switch to digital or whatever, right? Maybe you could call the cable company or something? I have no idea...

I can certainly love someone without having sex with them, but I wouldn't want to have sex with someone unless I loved them. But that's just me. I don't know what most people think.

Obviously you don't have to have sex with somebody to love them and you don't have to love somebody to have sex with them. I think, however, love is greatly misused when talking about sex and/or marriage by linking the two.

Love is emotional. Sex is physical. You can have sex and not be in love.

Love is on a much higher platform than sex! True love is achieved through decades of dedication.

My parents have been married 53 years, I remember how proud my mother was for her 50th. One day my mother was looking at photographs and she said to my father look how old we are. My father replied that when he looks at her he still see's a 19 year old. That had to be the truest example of love that I have ever experienced in my entire life.

A lot of people do equate love and sex, but it has been my experience that the two are not mutually exclusive. You don't have to have one to have the other.

sex is sex, and love is love, although they can intermingle well if done correctly.
