Before people even knew what a tablet was -- and how it differed from a laptop or smartphone -- some couldn't wait to get their hands on it. Now that it's been around for a few years, it's time for kids to jump on the bandwagon. With their own kid-version of a tablet, of course. The best thing, is that we don't have a mountain of books, paperwork, and materials to buy and store and I don't have to go through printer ink at an astronomical rate. And since each of my children are in different grades, it is easier to tailor their assignments individually or change something if I need to. Also at the end of each year I have to submit my curriculum to a certified teacher for review and since it is all digital, I just send it via email and it is done.
