I am not sure what this question is leading too. But, in my opinion(and as ther was no suitable answer in your polls), I am sure that there is room for offering the facilities of Disney to the underprivilaged at big enough discounts to make it a reasonably affordable venture for those who could not normally afforrd the full price. This could be done throughout the the year and thus, those recieving the discounts wouldn't neccesarily need to to feel that they are charity cases.
