Oh I'm sorry I automatically friend anyone who raves me.

I will try to remember you next time you rave me and I won't send out a request...but if you change your picture or something I might accidentally send you another one.

I only drink diet Coke when forced to.
Diet Pepsi is so much better.
The high fructose corn syrup tastes like crap.
I looked at a can of the half and half type and it still had HFCS in it.
I also think that most people are not telling the truth on this post.

I don't know what you will think about diet Pepsi after reading this: Obama agency rules Pepsi's use of aborted fetal cells in soft drinks constitutes 'ordinary business operations'

To each is own. Don't be surprised when those neurological problems start popping up when your older. You'll know why.

I couldn't tell ya. I just prefer not to take the risk. It's like smoking. Not everyone that smokes ciggs gets lung cancer or cancer at all.

I'm just throwing this out here, but my Grandmother, who's 71, has been drinking Diet Coke for decades — about 3 or so cans a day — and has never experienced any kind of issue.

My grandmother has smoked ciggs for as long as I've known her and she has not developed any type of cancer. Does that mean smoking ciggs doesn't increase the risk?
  • Omni Mr.Hood... 2012/08/09 19:11:19
    Omni
I'm not denying the increased risk, but the way you were phrasing these "risks" to Nick made it sound like he WOULD get these health issues no matter what.
  • Mr.Hood... Omni 2012/08/09 19:17:14
    Mr.Hoodz the Truth Troll
Why take the risk if you know what could possible happen? You can't deny the spike in neurological disease. Something has to be the cause. We are just passing along info. People do what they please with it.

Know what's gonna happen, we're all going to die and less than 10% of us will go peacefully in our sleep as 110 year olds. Most of us will die from some terrible, painful, slow death or alone and forgotten in a prison for old people (see nursing home). That is, if we make it to old age avoiding traffic accidents and crime.

Moderation is good, but enjoy your life, the following the rules don't really make it that much better in the end.

I would rather lessen my chances of dying a horrible death. I find it funny people are ok with companies promoting their product as safe when it really isn't. The stupidity in us humans in general is astounding.

So your entire life you've never eaten or drank anything that wasn't healthy for you?
  • Mr.Hood... Omni 2012/08/10 11:52:43
    Mr.Hoodz the Truth Troll
Never said I didn't but that has nothing to do with the company and the corrupt FDA withholding information from the public about their product calling it safe and healthier when it is not.

Some folks as you know drink this stuff every day more than once. It's addictive. I'm not addicted to anything that could harm me long term.

You wont be good later on. It might take a decade or two, everybody reacts a little differently. But when you have cancer or another disorder, you can only blame yourself. Cancer rates in the US are up 75 percent in the last decade and all other disease rising at similiar rates. This is directly related to the junk people consume.

If I ever have a death wish and want it to be slow and painful I will start drinking diet soda.
As of now, I am enjoying life and dont want to consume genetically modified e.coli excrement linked to over 70 different neurological disorders, cancer, organ failure, etc.
