Did you know.. I cry myself to sleep..

I don't get this...Why do people tend to wallow in their sorrows? Pain, I've been there and there is more yet to come. Hate, I've been there and there is more yet to come. Being alone, I am there but I'm not going to feel sorry for myself and I don't expect people to feel sorry for me. Pain- it is up to me to be strong enough to get over it and move on to the next obstacle in my life. Hate- I'm not going to let people who don't understand who I am to get to me. People will always hate and that is a fact I have to accept about life. Being alone--Yeah I go to school where people rarely talks to me, I never had that first love but that doesn't mean I'm going to sit in a dark corner pitying myself. I accept the fact that I am lonely. The more you accept the facts about yourself and deal with it, the less problems you will have.

I am sorry but that happens sometimes.
However, when it does the whole internet does not have to know about it.

Things are rarely as bad as they seem. Professional help is available.

Why would you tell us? We don't even know you. Get help or go talk to someone you trust.

When you are too concerned with yourself, you tend to get that way. Look out side of yourself and help others. There are so many people that would love to have company.
Many elderly would love a visit. They have great stories to tell and you could learn something.
Seek help if you just can't move, but God is always there.

Instead of just telling people on sodahead get some help.

Rachel, the bad news is that living hurts, especially when you're a teen. Everything seems to hurt more at that time of your life. The good news is that life does get better. I won't promise you that it won't hurt but that age and perspective help you deal with the slings and arrows of life better. Please know that even though I am an unknown behind a computer, I do care. I hope you can get through this hard time to the better times in the future.

True...kinda...You can cry for attention without crying for help, but it would seem kinda pointless to cry for help and not attention. o.o

True. I just see an angsty kid when I read this "question" though.

I see a person who is hurting like I once was, and it makes me want to help her...I know how hard it is to cry out for help. It took me 7 years until I could cry out for help, and I was 13 at the time.

I don't have sympathy for a kid doing this on the Internet. If they truly wanted help they'd go to a parent,, friend, teacher, or counselor. I was hurting at that age too, but I sought help, not attention.

Maybe all she has is the internet. You judge her without knowing her situation. I'm not saying that what she did was the best thing to do, but hey, maybe all she needs is an anonymous person to talk to. I went to my councelor, and everything went hectic for me, maybe she is scared to go to her parents. And, as you said, help is attention...they are one in the same.

I just don't buy it. The execution screams attention whore, not "I'm really depressed and need someone to talk to"

I've been in her shoes. I'm sorry i'm not a bleeding heart about this. Girls like this are not helped by sympathy. She needs a swift kick in the butt and a dose of reality, she will be better for it.

I once felt the way she's feeling. Then I got my sh*t together, learned who to talk to about my problems, quit complaining and actually decided to help myself.

Yes, I have been there, and my mom said I was faking it, and pretended it didn't happen, my step-mom refused to talk to me, and if it weren't for my brother and grandparents, who gave me a kind word and helping hand, I'd still have horrible nightmares and flashbacks. A kick in the ass almost killed me, a kind word made me realize my step-brother isn't worth another minute of my life.

Everybody is different.

When I say kick in the ass I mean a dose of reality and help. If you can't handle reality then perhaps you require some heavier meds. The kick I got was people telling me there was something wrong and I needed help, and being forced into a mental health facility. How exactly would a bunch of people trying to help you, kill you?

I know what you meant. Sometimes reality needs to come in smaller doses, because it can give you an overdose. The way people tried to help me, in my situation, wasn't exactly the best decision.

Why the Pain the hurt and being alone?

I have always had Jesus and have never been alone. He's always taken my hurt away and got me through any pain with His Love and comfort for me. With Him you learn not to hate.

When you can't take the pain, hate or never want to be alone again, ask Jesus into your heart and ask Him to show you a better life.
