Yes. When I was 13, we moved from Alaska to Texas. En route, we went to Los Angeles on vacation. Standing in line for Universal Studios, I was overcome by heat stroke and passed out. The people at US took very good care of me and when I recovered put our family at the front of the line.
Since then I am particularly sensitive to getting overheated.

I was 17, and had been drinking the night before so I was already dehydrated. The sun had been shining directly into my room and it was around +45c in my room, I woke up to my heart pounding and I felt incredibly hot, like my skin was burning but I wasn't sweating at all, I quickly stood up and realized my vision was completely blurry and my body temperature was rising, I had a friend with me and she realized that something was wrong because I was burning up really badly and I could barely walk or see. My heart was literally racing so fast that I was certain it was going to explode.
She quickly looked up the symptoms and then commanded me to go take a ice cold shower and lay down there until my body temperature lowers and then we'd head to the near by hospital, the cold shower was torture but it might've saved me. Afterwards I felt like I was freezing but my body was still warm, at the hospital I was given a lot of water and placed into a cool room, shortly after my vision returned to normal and my heart rate lowered too.
