Nah, I suppose not. Although, I did flip someone the bird when they tried to cut me off and then laid on their horn and looked like they were freaking out (yeah, not very mature of me, but I don't take well to poor drivers who then act like they're in the right). I might have miscommunicated my anger, though, as I have this habit of broadly smiling when I give the one-finger salute... if we were deaf, wouldn't that count as an argument? hehehe
