Demi Lovato is tickled pink about her new job. The newly minted “X-Factor” judge debuted her new pale pink tips at the show's auditions in San Francisco over the weekend, and the hairstyle looks pretty cute. And that's not all! Demi's co-star Britney Spears is also sporting a new 'do, too. Check it out at :30 in the video below!

In keeping with the trend, Lovato kept the top of her hair blonde, and only dyed the tips of her hair pink. "Loving my new pink hair!" she tweeted on Saturday. Big boss Simon Cowell likes the look, too. "YAY!! Simon approves of my new pink hair!" she tweeted. Dakota Fanning, Nicki Minaj, Dianna Agron, Mary-Kate Olsen have all sported similar looks. Do you think Demi Lovato looks pretty in pink? Or are the tips too played out by now?

it doesn't work for her she will always be daddy's little girl/ the good girl simple can be gorgeous too and that style doesn't sut her and her personality and that style only worked for one person only and thats

i think this would look amazing on her

It is rare to find a down-to-earth celebrity in Hollywood or anywhere else in the world, so patterns will be repeated and the 'packs' of celebrities will do something similar but not exactly the same.

it is like what I see when we start the eve feeding in the barn ..
note the herd coming together ..
one is the 'lead' .. the others line themselves up according to each their own in the pecking order .. but all of them head towards the barn .. their personal stalls .. and know .. to walk calmly in .. and start with the eve feeding ..

(Celebs are the same way .. they are conditioned to respond in packs/herds .. all of them do it .. no real innovation .. but it is just a herd instinct wherein they go one after another .. to do the same ..

(and not a single one is able to be natural .. not posed .. not fake .. )

Unnatural hair colors are in now. I have red. Though I hate what she's wearing. Woman weren't suppose to show there bra. They are UNDERwear , though sadly showing your underwear is in too. (pants on the ground, pants on the ground. Looking like a fool with pants on the ground)

Both. They are pretty on her but I'm so sick of celebrities resorting to dying their hair stupid colors to gain publicity and get more attention then they already have. News Flash the world doesn't revolve around you. We have bigger things to discuss then celebrity hair color.
