Demi Lovato is tickled pink about her new job. The newly minted “X-Factor” judge debuted her new pale pink tips at the show's auditions in San Francisco over the weekend, and the hairstyle looks pretty cute. And that's not all! Demi's co-star Britney Spears is also sporting a new 'do, too. Check it out at :30 in the video below!

In keeping with the trend, Lovato kept the top of her hair blonde, and only dyed the tips of her hair pink. "Loving my new pink hair!" she tweeted on Saturday. Big boss Simon Cowell likes the look, too. "YAY!! Simon approves of my new pink hair!" she tweeted. Dakota Fanning, Nicki Minaj, Dianna Agron, Mary-Kate Olsen have all sported similar looks. Do you think Demi Lovato looks pretty in pink? Or are the tips too played out by now?

it doesn't work for her she will always be daddy's little girl/ the good girl simple can be gorgeous too and that style doesn't sut her and her personality and that style only worked for one person only and thats

Well, the brown roots plus the blond pony tail and pink tips is just too much. I just hate seeing different colored roots.

I used to dye my hair all the time. It wasn't because I was uncomfortable with myself. I just liked to change things up and express myself :)
