Dakota Fanning isn't the little girl she was in "I Am Sam." But nevertheless, the almost 18-year-old actress's Marc Jacobs perfume ad has been deemed too racy for Britain.
In banning the suggestive "Oh Lola!" ad, the U.K.'s Advertising Standards Authority argued that it crossed the line. "We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative," they told The Daily Mail.

"We considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualise a child. We therefore concluded that the ad was irresponsible and was likely to cause serious offense."
While Dakota turns 18 in February, she does look kind of young for her age, and she's wearing a girlish dress in the ad. In fact, Jacobs said he chose the actress for the ad because she could be a "contemporary Lolita." Do you think the ad goes too far? Or have you seen far worse? I've seen worse,the Brits routinely do "worse" on the telly(tv)
I just can't get too concerned about Hollywood antics anymore.
