But the stuff in the can is nasty..you have to make your own from fresh corn. Then it's flavorful and good.

Corn is for cobs too... and the ways of the corn that have seemed to evade us all, are now staring us in the face. Now the answer is blatantly clear... yes... creamed corn is an abomination, not quite corn on the cob, not quite regular corn. But something in the middle... something... evil.

i use it for a baked dish, taked 3 cans of cream corn.. 2 eggs, half pkg. of crackers crushes, 3/4 cup of milk, mix together and then add 2 tablespoons of butter to the top and salt and pepper then bake for 45 min....... it is great.......
