Cover or duvet?

If possible, could you answer either if you use a cover(blanket) when you sleep or a duvet(word found on google)? And also which location you sleep in(country/state)? It is pure curiosity. I, myself use a duvet, but when I am in Spain and such I am forced to use a blanket(cover).
