I'm, currently, in an apt about 1,100' sq and it's too small. Then again, I have 3 kids and 2 dogs. If it was just men, I might be able to make due in that space.

Yes. That's bout the size of my college dorm room. I grew up in a big house, but you know what, it's just dead weight.

I'm too used to wide open spaces. Living in a closet. No way. I've never been in one.

My brother lived in a place that size in Philadelphia, a block from Penn's Landing. Only differences were the bedroom was off of the kitchen, not above it, and his place had vaulted ceilings (THE most important feature, as he's 6'3" and I'm 6'8").

He had to relocate for work w/2 mos. left on the lease so I lived there. It was a great little place; 5th floor, awesome view w/the Ben Franklin Bridge only 2 or 3 blocks away.

If it was just me, yeah. Don't think I could shoehorn two kids, my husband, three cats, and two guinea pigs in there, though.

Living alone I could totally dig this space, provided I have a storage locker somewhere for my extra items that I don't use daily.
Living with someone else...we'd have to move.

Just yes. Not that I enjoy it. I have probably less space than that if you divide it between three people. It can be done and it forces you to find interesting things to do outside. The downside is, no personal space to yourself. Sometimes a person just wants to be alone!

I guess I could if I really needed to, but $1,500.00 a month, my mortgage payment is slight more than that.

No privacy, not enough space. I like to have space and privacy, and a big yard. I doubt that even has a yard. And imagine the price! Jezze

Especially not at that cost ! The developer is probably drooling at the possibility of building a highrise with nothing but that in it.

I'm sure I could get adjusted to it if I had to, but I would need enough room for my books, a piano and some plants -- thinking no way would that work in a 240-square-foot apt.
