Yes sir even the white folks who are business owners and land owners who they are trying to move out of the area are not being treated fairly.

It is not the first time and it will not be the last time that the government has over stepped. I remember lots of problem here in California when it was taking homes to make way for freeways.

It not only violates NAGPRA but Project Legacy through the DoD.

For all of you out there that 'love Indians', but feel that all the bad days are gone and you bear no responsibility for those old times....this is NOW. How much empathy do you have for those other Americans that don't look or believe or worship as you do. I call your bluff to do something that really DOES matter, right NOW.
