Like mother, like daughter. Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber is following in her supermodel mom's footsteps, making her modeling debut at the age of 10, The Daily Mail reports. And the apple really doesn't fall far from the tree. Kaia is posing in the first Young Versace ad; her mom was Versace's muse in the 90s.

"I'm so thrilled that Kaia was chosen to be part of the first Young Versace Campaign," Crawford said in a press release. "I have so many fond memories of the times I spent with Gianni and Donatella. There is something so very special about the House of Versace." She added that she was on site during Kaia's shoot, which she described as a "fantastic experience."

"I am so proud of her," she said. Donatella Versace, the label's creative director, was also impressed. "Like her mother, Kaia has a very special gift. The camera really, really loves her. Having Cindy on-set for the shoot took me back to all the amazing Avedon shoots we worked on together. It was such a special treat watching Kaia walk in her mother's footsteps!"

Kaia is the daughter of Crawford and business mogul Rande Gerber. She's certainly cute, but will she grow up to be the pop culture sensation that her mom was?

The days of worshiping models are over . Cindy was around when models were the Big Thing. Modeling now a days has had a huge back lash.

Look for yourself. Her daughter isn't half of what she was.

she looks too much like her dad, her features are not as exotic as her mother's, but I am sure she will be successful at it, just not supermodel successful

She's tall, thin, & her hair is great. I doubt if Cindy Crawford & Randy Gerber will let her spoil her life with a modeling career. They own a home in DeKalb IL where they tend to act a little more normal when they are not in one of their other homes.

Of course. She looks stunning. But is it really epropriate to expose her in 'That' skirt at age 10...maybe not...and how many parents would want to buy their under 12 child, which is what the advert is aiming at, those clothes anyway...probably not many. But kaia would have a successful career, in anything she wanted to put her mind to.

Been a model is hard work you cant choose they choose for you and they even put u in redick costumes and even tho its uncomfortable u have to were it or else ur excused from the photo shoot
