Though, I have been betrayed a lot, I met my best friend online and she's been there for me trough thick and thin. I trust her with all my heart and my soul.

I don't give my security number though, why would they need that anyway? XP

The answer would be no. At least for the most part. Personal information is just that - personal. But some friendships can develop over the internet. Most are in a form of a pen pal friend. I have met a few people that way and for years correspond back and forth.

I'd like to say yes. I'd like to be able to believe that every is who they say they are. I, for the most part. believe my friends on SH are in fact, who they say they are. But for all I know, they could be child molesters, rapists, or even liberals!
