I really don't know. The first thing would depend on your skills and what you wish to do for the agency.
If you are fluent in a little spoken language, odds are yes.
Fantastic computer skills, odds are yes.
You may not be able to do field work, but their are desk jobs.
Accounting skills go a long way in the FBI because of all the fraud and embezzling they investigate.
As far as transplants go, there may be different standards for different organs.
If it is the heart, I really doubt it.

It's mandatory the instant they hire you. You get a brain transplant, which says EVERYBODY IS A SPY OR GUILTY!

Are you offering the organ as a bribe to get in or have you had a transplant?

I have a friend,

who was a N.P.S Ranger,

( National Park Service Ranger )

a.k.a Federal Law Enforcement Officer ~

He had back surgery, and metal pins inserted...

Immediately thereafter, they gave him a pink slip ;p

He transitioned into Wildland Firefighting for a few years,

on a Helitack Crew, ( Helicopter Crew ) busted his ass, and now

flies Guest Tours for a company in Maui, so, it ain't ALL bad, I reckon !

Hehehe ! The Feds have no idea the loss they endured there, because of that ~
