The positives: I live in a nice place, I have a great job, and the people who are friends in my life genuinely care about me instead of trying to use me for something.

What would make me completely happy: A few extra bucks per paycheck (just got a raise, so I'm getting there) and to have a significant other so I can finally grow up and start a damn family already. Then again, I have to want to grow up first...

That's a great way of handling it. I think some people believe it takes others or material possessions to make themselves happy when in reality we have to look inside ourselves to find true happiness.
