Can you help me?

I have been having breathing problems for quite some time, I suppose it can be described as wheezing as said family and even nurses but I have gone to the doctors several times for this issue but he tells me that it is not wheezing, he says that his idea of wheezing is different from the raspy whistling sound that I make when I breathe and my lungs are completely clear (which makes little sense.) now this wheezing comes and goes and is triggered by certain things like dog hair, cold air and some other things I havn't yet determined. It is difficult to breath and I can never get in enough air and when I do breathe I get bad back pains on my upper to mid back and I release a whistling like sound from my chest. It is almost impossible to sleep and since my doctor clearly cannot help me I have begun to get a little creative. I have tried green tea but that does not work for very long, if you have the same problem and a way to relieve it a bit please let me know!
You!

In my opinion it sounds like allergies that may have been caused by certain elements in the air, like dust. But you should really see another doctor incase it's something more serious. I hope you start feeling better soon =P

Pravin is right. Could be caused by allergies or even stress. Try drinking something with caffein (soda, coffee, etc.) next time this happens, it works for many. I'd also get a second opinion from another doctor. What do your parents have to say about your condition?

Nothing to tell you the truth, you know how it is when you go to the doctor and they give you the clear, than they think nothing is wrong.

I think you're going to have to act on your own. And I suggest you do.

My options are very limited, I don't drive because I don't have a car and I have really crappy insurance that only a few places accept. I don't even know how I would go about acting on my own either.

Are there any clinics in your area? There are always possibilities. How about in school. Is there anyone you can ask for help there?

Your bronchii are sensitive and react to triggering elements radically.

The reason you're finding breathing difficult is because the bronchii contract and reduce the passage for air to enter the lungs which explains the difficulty in breathing.

There's not much you can do about it. Read up about what you can do to strengthen your lungs.
