Can you be wrong on Sodahead?

If you mean wrong in the sense of being factual, I see it all the time, but if you mean wrong in the sense of opinion then no. Opinion is subjective and personal, therefore even if an opinion is morally, politically, factually wrong the opinion can never be wrong.(If that makes any sense to anyone besides myself that is)

Anybody can be wrong anywhere, at any time.

Truth is a concept.

We are human, and I believe neither time nor place will affect how wrong one may be.

Yes, I have been wrong as I did not have all the facts. Someone gave me some information that help me to learn and get the complete picture. I also have found out that many sites that are just propaganda.

Of course I can be wrong, in fact since joining SodaHead, I've been wrong on more than one occasion. I've also agreed to disagree, politely! That's the fun part of the site to me, learning new information. It's always good to keep the brain cells active!!

You can be wrong any and everywhere. I know ive been wreong more then enough times in my life, I don't for the most part

Of course you can be wrong on SH. If you state something as a fact and it is not true then you are wrong. As an example if I state that a water molecule has 2 atoms of Hydrogen and 2 atoms of Oxygen then I am wrong.

Now if one is stating an opinion it's a little more difficult to be wrong. However one can hold an opinion that is based upon incorrect information, that doesn't make the opinion wrong it simply makes it an uninformed opinion. As an example: If I thought that a ticket to a football game cost $1,000.00 but instead it cost $10.00 I might have the opinion that the ticket price was entirely too high. I would never pay a grand for a football ticket. I would pay ten bucks to see most football games including high school. My opinion would change based upon the new correct information

To make this even more confusing to some people even ten bucks in their opinion would be too much. That doesn't make their opinion right or wrong it simply makes it their opinion.

oh heavens yes! my friend here in the northwest (She lives on Bainbridge island) and I are on the oposite sides of the aisle and we have our arraingement and no bickering.

In principle, this is the answer I wish were the reality...... but it seems we have a few in our midst that like to be obnoxious, rude, crude, and aggressive..... however, I have also noticed if you treat those individuals politely and respectfully, you take all the wind out of their sails...... it's like troll spray lol.....

No not a wrong opinion. It's an opinion site, but I've stated something or took something out of context, that I didn't read thoroughly enough, and realized my comment/opinion was wrong.

And for the record I don't know what you are speaking of when you state, "I've seen some you've had of me. I've never, ever here stated your name in a derogatory manner. I don't even recall mentioning your name, if I have please show it to me.

Thanks for the question lol. It sounds awfully familiar. And before you say it is an opinion site, people state facts (as they see them) here to back up their opinions. And those facts can be anything but fact and be proved wrong.

I know I'm not the sharpest tack in the box, but I always open myself up to others opinions, and recognized when I may have made an opinion in haste.

How can an opinion be wrong? It may be wrong to someone who has a different one, but in essence no opinion is "wrong".

I've been in the wrong a few times. It's funny how much my beliefs have changed since I've been on Sodahead.

No one's opinion is wrong, no matter what it is, but some people can be so obnoxious with it. If you can't handle someone else's thoughts or point of view then you shouldn't be on here.

We all have opinions but sometimes, through seeing what others write, our opinions can change. We put our opinions down in judgment and sometimes it can change if weare open minded enough to see that we can be wrong.
