Well, there are fake breasts, and there are FAKE BREASTS. Frankly, I don't know how the women in the pics don't topple over while standing up.

I don't see how stomach sleeping can be comfortable for anybody. I'm a natural 34DD and I never sleep on my stomach because it gives me a sore back and neck.

Not if they're strapped to the bed or wearing a fetching jacket that buckles down the back like the women pictured need. If your breasts and tummy are not too big and it doesn't hurt, you can lay on your front. The size of my stomach makes it difficult for me, so too large a breast would make it hard for others

A woman with breasts like these need a man to sleep on. There are some women with naturally large breasts like these but not a lot of them and they sleep fine on their stomachs. it's more difficult with the weight on top of you many say because it's like a small child sitting on your chest.

I think that doctors that entertain disfiguring plastic surgeries like this should have their licenses to practice medicine removed. I can't imagine sleeping on any body part so disproportionate to the rest of you would be comfortable.

If they are normal sized ones, yes. I sleep on mine, but they are high "C" cup. My sister in law has DD and she tummy sleeps. Bigger then that, not likely.

i dont have an opinion..i am of med build...i ask, " why would a woman do that to herself?" it is not even attractive...are they doing it for shock value?...it is like the overdone cartoon of lil' abner days.....i feel very sorry that any woman dosent have enough inner self esteem to not spend her time hurting her body and the natural beauty..i am not against alteration, say, if a woman is terribly flat chested and a little help to a normal size, say B-C [ depending on size and frame] to help her if it is causing severe mental anguish....but to purposely grotesque yourself to double F and so on....i dont understand.....
