tooth enamel can't be restored if gone , but if its only softened it can be re-hardened and repaired with special toothpastes

certain toothpastes can help build up enamel a bit.
Dentists can apply a durable coating to tooth surfaces.
You should do some research. Sodahead's a poor place to do it, though.

no. But it can be withen. But it weaks it. it's something you have to take care of

If it's gone you need to have stuff added

It can't be restored but it can be protected with different toothpastes. I think Sensodyne is a good one for that

I think there's a procedure that dentists can do where they paint something on , but it's probably only temporary .

What commercial? O_o And its too late for me to prevent anything, my teeth have some serious damage from all my years of purging. -.- Ugh... I'm going to end up with dentures by the time I'm 20 now.

Sometimes it can repair itself under the right conditions.

That would preclude you from forcing yourself to throw up. Barf puts a lot of stomach acid on your teeth. Acids from the stomach will dissolve enamel and ruin your teeth.

Rinse your mouth after eating. Brush your teeth but do not be too hard on them. Floss, etc.
