When Spice-Girl-turned-fashion-designer Victoria Beckham found out she needed glasses, she had a hard time finding a pair that fit her always-runway-ready style. Instead of settling on a pair that she wasn't fully satisfied with, she decided to design her own. Must be nice, right? You gotta admit, even if you aren't a fan: Posh Spice sure is a go-getter! Do you think eyeglasses can be fashionable?

I've said it before,glasses are a neccessary fashion accessory for those of us who don't like contact lenses,so choose wisely because they set the tone for any outfit

I've got the kind with the magnetic sunglasses thing, so I don't need another pair for just sunglasses. I almost never wear them (very, VERY rarely) and I know someone who wanted to wear glasses just for that.

But it does drive me nuts to see the younger generation flocking to the very same "Horn Rimmed" glasses that we HATED to wear when we were kids in the 60's!

I remember when "Wire Frame" glasses came out - - - I thought they were the most awesome things.

Glasses can give one a fashion look... Trendy, studious, smart. wealthy, sophisticated... or the opposite of any of those.

Glasses are fashionable now though it annoys me because the people I know raving about glasses (even though they have perfect vision) use to bully me in school for wearing them (is "four eyes" the best you got?).
