Many people are very misinformed about eating healthy. They forget that the only reason they can't eat things that are fatty is because they don't do enough natural exercises. The gym can only do so much with it's repetitive motions. And when most people work for so many hours and the rest of their time is occupied with family and such, there is no time for them to be healthy so they have to compensate by practically starving their body, working out more than they should. I eat things like ice cream and bacon, I also eat lots of fruit and veggies. If it comes in a package and the ingredients aren't things that come from the earth, then I don't eat it. I also do basic exercises, running, walking, stretching, lifting, jumping, obstacle courses, etc. I've lost 30 pounds in the past 4 months because I kicked it up a notch.

I'd like to say more to support your excellent points, but my brain just 'jammed' on me.
Too many storyline/character ideas in my head right now for writing later on.

Best thing to cook your steak with is a little bacon grease. Increases the flavor of the beef nicely and helps it stay nice and juicy. Better on a flame grill than a pan or griddle.

I love bacon so this sounds good. A half-bacon, half-beef burger sounds delicious. So why not try the 100% ground bacon burger topped with an egg and bacon cheddar cheese. If you love bacon, this just might be a wow!

Milk is riddled with puss, mushrooms has maggets. Nothing is without its flaws.

Stomach produces Hydrochloric acid, and such are the reasons why, evolutionarily-speaking. Kill critters/pathogens and also act as a digestive function-element. The strength of stomach acid is actually very surprisingly high.
