Is this a question or optional? You are looking to get hurt or hurt people texting while biking, walking, driving or sitting. While you are texting at the bus stop, you have to beware of texters driving by.

when I was a kid I was pulled over by a cop in San Jose because I was listening to music with headphones. It was against the law.

Texting while biking or while driving helps to limit the population explosion in California. Encourage both instead of banning them.

Just another stupid example of over-regulation and excessive legislation. Good lord, what's next!?...a law against texting when I'm sh*tting on the toilet!?

we need to have more laws against everything we do to protect ourselves from making bad decisions. Like my town banned cell phone use while driving with a specific law... but we already have a law called inattentive driving... I don't see why a blanket ban law needs to be in effect, just harshen the penalty for people that have collisions when on the phone.

If you can text while biking, you're my new hero.

If you can do it while also avoiding my car great!

    If you can't... Population Control.
