For years, women have been expected to have their eyebrows regularly plucked and groomed. But now, the natural look seems to be back in style. Fashion insiders really don't expect women to start walking around with "bedazzled" brows, the way they did earlier this month at Chanel’s Fall/Winter 2012 show. But you may start seeing fuller brows instead of thinner, wispier lines.

"Eyebrows frame the face, frame the eyes," Ramy Gafni, makeup artist and owner of New York City’s Ramy Spa, told TODAY.com. "Fashion is always trying to keep things new and interesting and now people are saying that the frame can be interesting too, hence the sparkles and bold colors seen in recent shows. These trends are meant to trickle down in a diluted form to the public. No one is expecting the woman-on-the-street to go to work with black sparkly eyebrows, but to translate that look to a full, well groomed eyebrow."
Plus, bushy brows come with a couple of bonuses: One, they can make you look younger, and two, they save money. In fact, Gafni says the "trend" may simply be a result of the economy. "Customers who once came in every three weeks are now coming in every other month and that leads to a bushier eyebrow," he told "TODAY." Do you like the bushy brow look? Or do you prefer the plucked-to-perfection brow style?
